Dr Cal Amayo is the principal organiser and spokesman of the Ethiope Foundation. He is a medical practitioner with over 30 years experience as a physician in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He is also a keen veteran of political and social activism and has been involved in movements that have campaigned for pro-democracy, affordable health, environmental protection and good governance, both in the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

Philip Ilenbarenemen is the principal communications executive and co-organiser of the the Ethiope Foundation. He is a highly experienced journalist, veteran political / environmental activist and management consultant specialising in country risk and investment analysis. His career has spanned over three decades in both the United Kingdom and Nigeria and he is best known as a notable organiser of pro-democracy campaigns and broadcasts that contributed to the return of democratic rule in Nigeria in 1999. Furthermore, he serves as a principal executive for the VASS Medical Foundation – an international charity for malaria and tropical diseases.
